Third time's a charm, you might say. Previously, I have presented two models from Bulgarian Vulture Blades in the form of Teardrop 3.0 and Smar 8. One shaped like a spaceship and a set of rather small Arrow-inspired knives.
Today it's time for something completely different, in comparison, almost a monster called Garoto.

The monster epithet comes from the fact that it is first of all 255 mm long, which in itself is not extreme in any way, not even for a no-spin knife. But then we come to the thickness, which is a full 10 mm! That is almost ridiculously much and makes the knife almost square in cross-section. This, in turn, gives a weight of 263 grams. At least according to my scale, even though the stated weight is 250 g.
That, despite the three large holes in the handle. Otherwise, it would of course have weighed in at even more. I can say that it is already approaching the maximum for what I want to throw in this discipline. But it is still interesting, and I am, above all, curious to see what it can do at longer distances.

Longer and heavier knives often tend to be calmer and more stable in the air. Up to a certain point, of course. But then high weight and coarse tips also tend to make knives fall out of targets that are not really soft.
I will come back with a more detailed report at a later time. How much later depends quite a lot on the weather. At the moment, the weather is excellent for knife throwing, but you never know with the time of year.
